Renovations to the City of Ferguson Community Center included a state-of-the-art recreational facility, complete with a spacious lobby, a fitness/cardio center, a basketball/volleyball court, a game room, an internet café, a childcare area, an outdoor patio, and additional multipurpose space for community use. This project also boasts several unique construction features, including: a multi-radius wall in the multi-purpose room, curtain wall at the lobby and storefront glazing along the North Wing to give the building an open look, raised roofs in the lobby and fitness center with new structural steel framing/decking to give the building a taller look, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows in the fitness center providing sweeping views of the beautiful green space outside the rear of the building.
