Got a project in mind? Let's talk.
This project included the clearing of two separate sites within the same city park for the construction of a new community center and new aquatic center. Built at the site of the current Watson Trails Park Pool in the 12500 block of West Watson Road, the new aquatic center features a 400 foot-long Lazy River, a leisure pool and an eight-lane competition pool with two diving boards. This facility includes renovated concessions/staff building and all attendant site improvements.
The renovation of this 34,500 sq. ft. facility was completed in September 2015, and included a weight room, cardio room, meeting/conference rooms, racquetball courts, sauna, new roof, complete overhaul of mechanical and electrical systems, and a complete finish upgrade of flooring, paint, and ceilings.
