PARIC was recently selected as the construction manager for the demolition and renovation of the third and fifth floors of the St. Charles County Corrections Facility. This two-floor, 40,000 sq.ft. project is currently under construction and on-schedule to be completed by the end of 2026.
Originally built in 1989, PARIC will relocate the facility’s current kitchen and loading dock/storage area from the third floor to the fifth floor. The conversion of the vacated space and surrounding support area will medically support mental health and substance abuse housing.
