This renovation project at Ameristar Casino, St. Charles converted a 2,350 sq. ft. existing restaurant space to a new, upscale café and bakery with a warm atmosphere. Formerly known as the Falcon Diner, the Copper Whisk is located by the main entrance of the casino and features an expanded entrance, service counter area with custom stainless steel casework, new food service equipment, custom display cases, and a glass feature wall. Wi-fi adapters were added to allow robots to deliver meals directly to your table.
