DUNN ROAD MANOR EXPANSION

This $5.8 million, 36,266 sq. ft. expansion for Dunn Road Manor consisted of the addition of 36 new affordable housing apartments within the existing community. The new apartments are located in a new wing added to the existing building that provides direct access to a variety of health-related and social services. The new wing features a shared commercial kitchen, a computer lab with internet access, a library, a parish nurse, chaplaincy services, a multipurpose room, and a unique tele-health kiosk already enjoyed by current Dunn Road Manor residents. This new expansion provides independent living for 98 residents with an average age of 78 and average annual income of $11,000.
