PARIC completed construction on the new Enterprise Rent-a-Car Airport location in April of 2015. The project is comprised of three buildings, the 13,500 sq.ft. office building, the 3,700 sq.ft. car wash/maintenance building, and the 500 sq.ft. fuel utility building, all spanning a five-acre site.
The buildings were completed using drilled piers, concrete foundations, CMU block walls, and metal framing. The final product features a 12,000 gallon underground fueling tank for the gas station, underground water reclaim tanks to operate the two car wash bays, a maintenance bay with supplemental car lifts, as well as specialized brand-specific steel canopies, booths, and traffic control units with automated spike strips.
