The 33,000 sq.ft. Jefferson County, Missouri Administration Building houses the county commission, collector’s office, and department of motor registration. It also features an assembly room for hosting regular county council meetings, hearings, and other events.

Wentzville City Hall
This new 44,000 sq. ft. city hall was constructed across the parking lot from the existing Wentzville Police Department. The new structure was built in order to help consolidate city offices to provide more efficiency and better customer service for residents and visitors
City of Cottleville – City Hall
PARIC served as the construction manager for the new 15,888 sq.ft. city hall and police station for the City of Cottleville, Missouri. The facility is a sustainable “Green” Design – one of the first for a municipality in St. Charles County.
Sunset Hills Aquatic Center

This project included the clearing of two separate sites within the same city park for the construction of a new community center and new aquatic center. Built at the site of the current Watson Trails Park Pool in the 12500 block of West Watson Road, the new aquatic center features a 400 foot-long Lazy River, a leisure pool and an eight-lane competition pool with two diving boards. This facility includes renovated concessions/staff building and all attendant site improvements.
City of Ferguson Community Center

Renovations to the City of Ferguson Community Center included a state-of-the-art recreational facility complete with a spacious lobby, a fitness/cardio center, a basketball/volleyball court, a game room, an internet café, a childcare area, an outdoor patio, and additional multipurpose space for community use.
