This project for Darden Restaurants began as repairing fire damage to the Longhorn Steakhouse – Liberty, MO. In addition to completely demolishing and rebuilding the dining room, the bar and kitchen were also renovated and upgraded. As a result of these upgrades, the restaurant is currently up to current Longhorn Steakhouse brand standards.
The entire renovation, however, was under a tight deadline. Due to a fast track schedule, the project was completed on time and the Longhorn Steakhouse – Liberty was able to reopen in May 2019.
