Northern Trust Company selected PARIC for their $1.7 million tenant improvement project when the firm relocated their Clayton, MO office to a newly constructed building. This project included a hight-end interior office fit-out of the 7th floor of the Forsyth Pointe Building with five conference rooms, lobby space, library, mother’s room, teller room, and breakout rooms. Finishes to the office included featured walls, wood slack ceilings, glass partitions, and floor-to-ceiling marble walls.
