The Olivette City Center is a 2-story, 36,980 sq. ft. building on a 3-acre site. The building houses the city’s administration offices, council chambers, police department, and fire department. The structure is a combination of steel and masonry and the exterior skin is comprised of both cast stone, brick, EIFS, exterior storefront, curtainwall, and architectural sheet metal. The site has many MSD BMP’s integrated into it, including bio-retention basins, a downstream defender unit as part of the site utilities, and pervious pavers in the parking areas.
