The structure is a combination of steel and masonry and the exterior skin is comprised of both cast stone, brick, EIFS, exterior storefront, curtainwall, and architectural sheet metal. The site has many MSD BMP’s integrated into it, including bio-retention basins, a downstream defender unit as part of the site utilities, and pervious pavers in the parking areas.
