One Nine Vine project will be the first multi-family, market-rate attainable and affordable housing development built in the historic 18th & Vine district of Kansas City since 2006. The impressive 81,550 sqft development will include 30 one-bedroom units, 50 two-bedroom units and 17,500 sq ft of retail/commercial space. One Nine Vine will have 30 covered parking stalls and 55 surface parking spaces. The design allows for future installation of EV charging stations on the apartment grounds.
