PARIC was chosen to revitalize the former 100-acre Metlife office complex in South St. Louis County. The new Tesson Ridge community-oriented development is a 600,000 sq.ft. conversion of office space into 210 upscale apartments ranging from studio to 3 bedrooms. Residents are able enjoy community amenities including a fitness center, swimming pools, tennis court, pickleball court and theater room.
Tesson Ridge represents a blend of community and luxury living through a sustainable approach and is designed to enhance the overall aesthetic and value of the community. PARIC’s scope of work included the modernization of the site, preserving existing structures to reduce its environmental footprint.
