This interior build-out project included a 47,000 sq. ft. renovation of the 2nd, 4th, and 14th floors in the Peabody Plaza Building. The final space includes a new fitness area, executive offices and a boardroom with high-end finishes and millwork, and a new MEP system all completed in five months.

The 243,288 sq. ft. repositioning of Presbyterian Manor in Wichita, Kansas involved the new construction of five areas. Demolition, site work, and building construction was completed in two phases to allow for the continued, uninterrupted operation of the existing community.
Express Scripts Headquarters
This headquarters for Express Scripts was built in two phases. Phase I included a 315,000 sq.ft. build-to-suit headquarters for the St. Louis-based, prescription management firm and was completed ahead of schedule, in just 17 months.
