The Sunset Hills Aquatic Center project by PARIC included the clearing of two separate sites within the same city park for the construction of a new community center and new aquatic center. Built at the site of the current Watson Trails Park Pool in the 12500 block of West Watson Road, the aquatic center features a 400 foot-long Lazy River, a leisure pool and an eight-lane competition pool with two diving boards. This facility includes renovated concessions/staff building and all attendant site improvements.
