PARIC transformed the original limestone structures built on Selma Farms in 1850 into a corporate retreat center for Union Pacific Railroad. The newly renovated center includes conference centers, dining rooms, guest rooms, and a pool house.

Got a project in mind? Let's talk.
The new 28,000 sq. ft. facility is located on a 30-acre site development within the Matagorda Drainage district and is within an existing FEMA flood area. The site required select fill to be utilized, allowing the property to be brought out of the flood plain, along with significant drainage ditch and road improvements.
This new 67,000 sq. ft headquarters for Operation Food Search is more than twice the size as their previous facility. The organization’s new facility was previously a window factory and was renovated to include an advanced inventory management system, increased product racking capabilities, additional truck bays, and expanded refrigeration for perishable items.
