Previously serving as an elementary school campus, PARIC recently converted this 12.3 acre site into Forest Hill Village, Synergy Services’ new transitional housing for survivors of domestic violence.
The one-story school was strategically demolished to retain critical infrastructure and renovated into a multi-unit building with two and three-bedroom apartments. This project also included the construction of a new, two-story residential building, creating six, four-bedroom apartments for larger families. Amenities include meditation and family gathering spaces, outdoor playground and offices for supportive services.
