Creve Coeur Police Department’s new 25,000 sq. ft. building features a new training center and an Emergency Operations Center. The new building helps increase functionality, safety, and security for the department. Site work was also completed including a new secondary access road for police personnel onto Magna Carta Road, allowing better parking configuration for police vehicles and community center patrons.

Foundry Arts Centre
Historic Renovation, Public & Municipal
This project required the conversion of an old rail car testing facility to more than 5,000-sq.ft. of Smithsonian Gallery-caliber exhibition space which includes: art exhibits, artist workspaces, catered events for up to 400 people, children’s interactive art experiences, private and public meetings and events, and musical events.
Pattonville Fire Protection District House #3
The interior includes eight bunk rooms, three apparatus bays, a weight room, a kitchen and a Westnet Fire Alert System. The existing house #3 was renovated to serve as a district administration and training center.

PARIC served as the construction manager for the new 15,888 sq.ft. city hall and police station for the City of Cottleville, Missouri. The facility is a sustainable “Green” Design – one of the first for a municipality in St. Charles County.

PARIC has completed construction on a new 10,500 sq. ft. base station for O’Fallon Fire Protection District in O’Fallon, MO.
