The historic Leather Trades Building was renovated to create loft space specifically for artists. The 139,000 sq. ft., eight-story renovation created 86 artist lofts.
In addition to the lofts, the building now features studios for dance, clay and painting. Picture rails are available throughout the building for the display of the artists’ work. There is also a community room for the building residents, as well as on-site parking. The existing parking facilities were renovated in the basement and on the first floor and a mezzanine level was added.
