This new 44,474 sq. ft. city hall was constructed across the parking lot from the existing Wentzville Police Department. The new structure was built in order to help consolidate city offices to provide more efficiency and better customer service for residents and visitors. This new 2-story facility houses city government offices including city council and judicial chambers, the finance, community development, public works, city administration, procurement, parks and recreation, and human resources departments, conference rooms, and a break room.
