Project Administrator

Position Description:

The Project Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Industrial Sector leadership team, project teams, office operations, and joint venture partners. This role is responsible for coordinating meetings, managing documentation, supporting onboarding and staffing processes, facilitating travel administration, assisting with project closeout activities, and helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations across the sector. As the Industrial Sector continues to grow, this role will evolve to meet the changing needs of the business.

Responsibilities

Project & Team Support

• Support Industrial Sector organization, communication, meeting coordination, and follow-up tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, distribute action items, and track follow-up items to completion.
• Assist with new hire onboarding processes, documentation, and workflow coordination.
• Maintain and track travel agreements and related employee documentation.
• Support sector staffing efforts by maintaining staffing reports, tracking resources, and updating related documentation and workflows.
• Assist with bid packages, prequalification documents, permits, bonds, contracts, and project correspondence.
• Process, track, and distribute submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Maintain project tracking logs, contract lists, document registers, and reporting tools.
• Serve as a point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
• Support project closeout activities by tracking and collecting manuals, warranties, as-builts, and required turnover documentation while coordinating subcontractor closeout compliance and follow-up on outstanding deliverables.
• Maintain closeout status reports and document collection logs.
• Assemble and maintain final turnover packages, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to client handoff.

Office & Joint Venture Support

• Support day-to-day office operations and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Manage visitor access, office badging, conference room scheduling, and onboarding logistics for team members, visitors, and joint venture personnel.
• Coordinate office logistics and support joint venture partners utilizing PARIC office space, including meetings, events, catering, and hospitality arrangements.
• Coordinate calendars, meeting schedules, and event logistics for project teams and leadership.

Qualifications

Project Director - Industrial Sector
Position Description

We are seeking a Project Director to join our team. This role is responsible for providing operational leadership and oversight for large, complex construction projects and programs while supporting the strategic growth and performance of an assigned sector. The Project Director serves as a senior leader responsible for ensuring successful project execution, financial performance, client satisfaction, talent development, quality, and safety across multiple project teams.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for large, complex projects and multiple project teams.

Position Description:

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team! In this role, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of project execution, from schedule updates to subcontractor coordination, while learning the fundamentals of cost control, safety, and construction sequencing.

This role supports complex industrial projects, including manufacturing, food & beverage, and mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in overall project execution
• Assist with updating project schedules and communicating changes to subcontractors and Owners

Role Overview:

PARIC is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale industrial projects across mission critical, food & beverage, and manufacturing markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering complex projects safely, profitably, and with exceptional quality.

As a Project Executive, you will oversee a portfolio of projects from early pursuit through closeout, partnering closely with preconstruction, business development, and executive leadership. You’ll serve as an executive sponsor for key clients, ensure disciplined project execution, and play a critical role in scaling the Industrial Sector while strengthening PARIC’s brand and client relationships.

This role also requires experience operating within active campus environments, where safety, logistics, and ongoing client operations must be balanced with speed-to-market delivery.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Project Execution

• Lead a portfolio of industrial projects ranging from $10M–$200M+, ensuring performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular job walks and monthly reviews to proactively manage risk, schedule performance, and financial outcomes.
• Ensure disciplined project reporting and forecasting at both project and sector levels.

Strategy & Risk Management

• Translate sector strategy into actionable execution plans that support growth and repeatable success.
• Provide operational leadership during pursuits, go/no-go decisions, and proposal development.
• Champion early risk identification and mitigation throughout the full project lifecycle, from pursuit through turnover.
• Lead and support subcontract negotiations and ensure contractual obligations are executed in a risk-aware manner.

Client & Market Leadership

• Serve as an executive sponsor for key clients, building long-term relationships and positioning PARIC as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver projects that create repeat business and “raving fans” through exceptional execution and client-focused problem solving.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Executives.

Project Manager – Industrial

Location: St. Louis, MO

Position Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role is focused on delivering complex industrial projects, including manufacturing and food & beverage facilities, as well as mission-critical data centers from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution in terms of budget, schedule, and quality. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can guide cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and drive accountability across all phases of the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the direction, execution, and financial performance of assigned construction projects
• Build and mentor strong, motivated project teams while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage all project costs, forecasting, pay applications, and profitability strategies
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules; communicate milestones to all partners
• Lead change order processes, subcontractor buyouts, and contract execution according to established timelines
• Proactively identify project risks and provide creative, client-focused solutions
• Maintain and update site logistics and build plans to meet constructability and performance goals
• Ensure quality and safety standards are upheld in alignment with PARIC and OSHA guidelines
• Foster strong relationships with clients, owners, and project partners to ensure satisfaction and success
• Mentor and support professional development of direct reports
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, cost management, scheduling, and construction processes
• Proficiency with project management software and job cost forecasting tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

• Proven ability to resolve complex project challenges creatively

Project Manager - Living

Location: Starting in Dallas, TX, this candidate will be responsible for a large, high end senior living facility. The candidate is then eligible for local assignments in St. Louis, MO. 

PARIC is seeking the right candidate for a Project Manager role within the Living sector. This position will be responsible for delivering projects within established goals for quality, timeliness, budget, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for managing a large, high end senior living facility in Dallas, TX. 

Responsibilities
•    Identify customer Critical Success Factors
•    Prepare preconstruction schedule
•    Assist Preconstruction Manager/Estimator with and review Value Engineering process
•    Prepare preliminary project schedule with the Preconstruction Manager (PM) and Superintendent (SI)
•    Review estimating activities and participate as needed
•    Review all estimates with a focus on general conditions
•    Assist in contract negotiations as needed; review and finalize customer contract
•    Lead kick-off meeting and establish project financial baseline and schedule baseline
•    Clearly define roles and responsibilities for each member of the Project Team
•    Develop site logistics plan
•    Manage project budget
•    Develop and perform the buyout plan and establish buyout target
•    Attend and participate in weekly subcontract and owner jobsite meetings
•    Prepare and update detailed overall project schedule
•    Establish project communication protocol
•    Assist in the project site specific safety program development
•    Establish invoicing format (level of detail) and procedures with Customer and Paric staff
•    Ensure all submittals are reviewed
•    Ensure all RFI’s are submitted
•    Participate in pre-punch walk-through
•    Maintain face-to-face communication with customer
•    Nurture customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
•    Responsible for change orders (COs)
•    Overall responsibility for integrity of the project budget
•    Monitor implementation of site-specific safety program and subcontractor compliance
•    Attend weekly jobsite meetings with SI, conduct meeting if appropriate
•    Provide monthly cash flow estimates
•    Invoicing
•    Establish inspection (punch list) date with customer/architect
•    Obtain Certificate of Substantial Completion from customer
•    Expedite final payment & lien waivers
•    Ensure all close-out activities are completed by project staff (i.e., warranty manuals, etc.)
•    Schedule & conduct Project Final Review meeting with customer
•    Lead Post-completion Review meeting
•    Establish inspection (punch list) date with customer/architect
•    Participate in community organizations and community events
•    Meet annual operational goals

The ideal candidate will have
•    Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
•    10+ years construction experience in Institutional, Industrial, Special Projects or Multi-Family type projects
•    Three years managerial and supervisory experience
•    Have knowledge of construction industry best practices and experience with managing project schedules, budgets and costs, and contract management
•    Must be able to multi-task and have good problem-solving skills
•    Must possess leadership skills, exceptional communication, and a credible reputation among local and regional subcontractors
•    Be able to proactively manage challenging, multi-faceted projects with attention to detail, identify and develop solutions to challenges, and adapt quickly to changes
