Position Summary 

The Project Accountant is responsible for supporting project teams by managing subcontractor payables, facilitating project set-up, and ensuring compliance with financial processes and reporting requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accuracy in job cost accounting, supporting timely payments, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Receive, review, and process subcontractor invoices for accuracy and contract compliance. 
  • Enter invoices, route through electronic workflow, and process payments within contract terms.

Position Description:

The Project Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Industrial Sector leadership team, project teams, office operations, and joint venture partners. This role is responsible for coordinating meetings, managing documentation, supporting onboarding and staffing processes, facilitating travel administration, assisting with project closeout activities, and helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations across the sector. As the Industrial Sector continues to grow, this role will evolve to meet the changing needs of the business.

 

Responsibilities

Project & Team Support

  • Support Industrial Sector organization, communication, meeting coordination, and follow-up tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, distribute action items, and track follow-up items to completion.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding processes, documentation, and workflow coordination.
  • Maintain and track travel agreements and related employee documentation.
  • Support sector staffing efforts by maintaining staffing reports, tracking resources, and updating related documentation and workflows.
  • Assist with bid packages, prequalification documents, permits, bonds, contracts, and project correspondence.
  • Process, track, and distribute submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
  • Maintain project tracking logs, contract lists, document registers, and reporting tools.
  • Serve as a point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
  • Support project closeout activities by tracking and collecting manuals, warranties, as-builts, and required turnover documentation while coordinating subcontractor closeout compliance and follow-up on outstanding deliverables.
  • Maintain closeout status reports and document collection logs.
  • Assemble and maintain final turnover packages, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to client handoff.

 

Office & Joint Venture Support

  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Manage visitor access, office badging, conference room scheduling, and onboarding logistics for team members, visitors, and joint venture personnel.
  • Coordinate office logistics and support joint venture partners utilizing PARIC office space, including meetings, events, catering, and hospitality arrangements.

Role Overview:

PARIC is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale industrial projects across mission critical, food & beverage, and manufacturing markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering complex projects safely, profitably, and with exceptional quality.

 

As a Project Executive, you will oversee a portfolio of projects from early pursuit through closeout, partnering closely with preconstruction, business development, and executive leadership. You’ll serve as an executive sponsor for key clients, ensure disciplined project execution, and play a critical role in scaling the Industrial Sector while strengthening PARIC’s brand and client relationships.

 

This role also requires experience operating within active campus environments, where safety, logistics, and ongoing client operations must be balanced with speed-to-market delivery.

 

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Project Execution

  • Lead a portfolio of industrial projects ranging from $10M–$200M+, ensuring performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular job walks and monthly reviews to proactively manage risk, schedule performance, and financial outcomes.
  • Ensure disciplined project reporting and forecasting at both project and sector levels.

 

Strategy & Risk Management

  • Translate sector strategy into actionable execution plans that support growth and repeatable success.

  • Champion early risk identification and mitigation throughout the full project lifecycle, from pursuit through turnover.

Project Safety Manager - Boeing Expansion Program
Position Description

The Project Safety Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs that support the successful execution of construction projects. This position typically supports one to two projects and serves as a key member of the project leadership team.

The Project Safety Manager works closely with project teams, trade partners, owners, and PARIC leadership to establish and maintain a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with PARIC standards as well as federal, state, and client-specific safety requirements.

This role requires a strong understanding of construction operations, project sequencing, risk mitigation, and safety management systems to drive project safety performance and ensure successful project outcomes.

 

Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environmental Leadership
Lead and support the implementation of project-specific HSE management systems.
Effectively manage project safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all PARIC, federal, state, and client-specific safety requirements.
Develop a thorough understanding of owner safety requirements and contract obligations.
Create and maintain project-specific bridging documents aligning PARIC safety standards with owner requirements.

Qualifications
Required

Safety Director

Boeing STLX Project

This is a project-based role assigned to PARIC’s Boeing STLX project, responsible for leading and managing the safety program for the project. The Safety Director provides technical and regulatory expertise to assist staff and field personnel in the resolution of safety and health related issues, assists in identifying best practices, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. This role leads the development of, and clearly articulates, PARIC’s vision, objectives, strategies, policies, and procedures for building a strong safety culture.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performance, customer-oriented JV safety team by hiring top talent and supporting each team member’s growth through coaching, mentoring, meaningful feedback, recognition, and individual development plans.
  • Ensure the safety team supports project teams by bridging safety programs between the owner and JV, and assist project teams in the development and review of Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSP) to ensure compliance with JV and owner safety policies.
  • Lead the safety team in partnering with Trade Partners by reviewing safety data to coach and align them to the JV’s safety program, providing mentorship and support where it will have the greatest impact, and recognizing and celebrating those who demonstrate strong safety performance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on safety topics, drawing on experience to develop creative solutions that improve safety performance and helping teams effectively manage construction logistics and build plans.
  • Support project teams and help lead OSHA partnership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and clear, consistent communication with key stakeholders—including JV leadership, project teams, owners and their representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors—to foster collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate project risks, keep JV leadership informed, and analyze trends and leading indicators to support risk management.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in safety, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of related construction safety experience.
  • CHST, ASP, or CSP certification.
  • Technical and regulatory expertise in construction safety and health, including OSHA regulations and standards.
  • Proven leadership building and developing high-performing safety teams, with strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading JV safety programs on large, complex construction projects.
  • Experience leading OSHA partnerships and bridging owner and contractor safety programs.
  • Experience mentoring JV safety teams and developing personal development plans for team members.

Safety Manager - Boeing Expansion Program
Position Description

The Safety Manager is responsible for providing technical, operational, and regulatory expertise to support PARIC's safety initiatives across multiple projects and business sectors. This role serves as a key resource to project teams, field personnel, and leadership by assisting in the resolution of complex safety and health-related issues while ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

The Safety Manager partners with project teams throughout the project lifecycle to strengthen safety performance, reduce risk, and maintain a proactive safety culture. This individual supports the consistent implementation of PARIC's safety management system and plays an active role in mentoring project personnel, developing safety processes, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

 

Responsibilities
Safety Leadership & Technical Support
Provide technical guidance, regulatory expertise, coaching, and support to project teams and field personnel regarding safety and health-related matters.
Assist project teams with the implementation and execution of PARIC's safety management system.
Anticipate safety concerns and proactively drive issues to resolution with a sense of urgency.
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide safety programs and initiatives.
Participate in and support PARIC's Safety Committee and related safety activities.
Promote a positive and proactive safety culture throughout the organization.


Project Safety Support
Assist project teams in developing and reviewing Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs) to ensure compliance with PARIC standards, owner requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Review Trade Partner Site-Specific Safety Plans and project logistics plans for completeness, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Assist project teams in developing site logistics plans that support safe project execution.

Risk Management & Incident Response

Qualifications
Required

Experience reviewing and implementing Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs).

Position: Scheduling Director

 

Position Description:

The Scheduling Director will provide enterprise leadership in development and implementation of the company’s scheduling philosophy, standards, procedures and best practices.  This role ensures schedule integrity, predictability, and consistency across all business units, supporting pursuits, preconstruction, operations, and executive leadership. The Scheduling Director drives companywide scheduling standards, leads a team of schedulers, and serves as the organization’s subject-matter expert on planning, sequencing, and schedule risk management.

 

Responsibilities

Enterprise Scheduling and Organizational Leadership

  • Build, lead and mentor a high performing scheduling team and deployment plans for scheduling resources
  • Establish enterprise-wide scheduling governance and quality control processes to improve schedule predictability and project performance
  • Lead strategic and continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling
  • Evaluation and implementation of scheduling technologies and workflow improvements  
  • Creating and maintaining scheduling templates and reporting standards related to scheduling metrics and KPI’s
  • Develop portfolio level schedule reporting and forecasting capabilities

  • Guidance on Pursuit and Baseline Schedule Development and Collaborative Scheduling/Planning sessions

  • Provide guidance and expertise on schedule optimization, resource and cost loading, claims analysis and recovery planning
  • Assist in forecasting future performance based on current data and production rates.

Scheduling Manager

 

Position Description:

The Scheduling Manager will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules with an average project value of $250M per year while supporting bid and proposal efforts. In addition, the Scheduling Manager will analyze trends and risks, reporting variances and opportunities to operations and management.

The Scheduling Manager is responsible for the overall development and maintenance of a project schedule in alignment with the Scheduling SOP with some guidance and oversight from the Sector Project Director and/or Scheduling Director.  

Responsibilities

  • Works with the Superintendent and Project Manager to develop, monitor and update complete project schedules on a weekly basis with the support of the project team.  
  • Assists with the development and implements plans to mitigate risk to schedule and to maximize schedule performance of the project
  • Engages and communicates with subcontractors and key partners in schedule development and updates.
  • Communicates schedule status to Sector Project Directors and Scheduling Director monthly.
  • Develops proposal and pre-construction schedules.
  • Works with the team to develop a Baseline schedule
  • Ensures the schedule adheres to the contract documents and SOP.  
  • Participates in planning meetings and coordination workshops.  
  • Incorporates resources and costs (if necessary) into the schedule.
  • Analyzes project schedules and reports changes to the critical path along with other significant variances
  • Suggests ways to optimize the schedule
  • Analyzes performance to date to forecast future performance.  
  • Identifies and analyzes potential schedule risk events and communicates to the Sector Project Director and Scheduling Director for action.
  • Assists with the development of "what-if" plans as required. 
  • Perform schedule peer reviews and audits.
  • Integrate cost and labor tracking into project schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement in scheduling processes.
  • Provide on-the-job scheduling training to team members.
