Position Description
PARIC Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Preconstruction Manager (Industrial Focus) to serve as an in-house expert for industrial construction projects. This role supports large, complex estimating and preconstruction efforts—primarily conceptual in nature—within manufacturing and industrial environments.
This individual will play a critical role in shaping early project strategy, developing conceptual estimates, and partnering with clients to align scope, budget, and vision. Working from high-level direction, this leader will independently drive pursuits, manage multiple concurrent opportunities, and deliver thoughtful, detailed, and competitive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-house expert for industrial and manufacturing projects, supporting design-build and preconstruction efforts from concept through GMP.
- Lead conceptual estimating efforts (the majority of industrial pursuits), developing detailed, assumption-based pricing models aligned with client goals and incomplete design information.
- Develop high-level and detailed pricing for industrial scopes and thoroughly evaluate subcontractor proposals.

MEP Senior Project Manager
Location: St. Louis–based with local project travel or full-time traveler
Position Description:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of large and/or complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees all aspects of project performance including financial outcomes, schedule adherence, subcontractor management, quality, and safety. The Senior Project Manager is a strategic leader who builds strong relationships with clients and project partners, mentors internal teams, and drives continuous improvement across project delivery. This is a critical leadership role within the Operations team and requires the ability to manage competing priorities, resolve complex issues, and execute projects aligned with PARIC’s high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Role: Technical Support Specialist
Position Description
PARIC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team and provide day-to-day technology support to employees across our office and field operations.
This position will serve as a key point of contact for employees experiencing technology-related issues and will assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, and other IT systems. The Technical Support Specialist will work closely with the broader IT team to resolve issues, support technology deployments, and help ensure our employees have the tools they need to work effectively.

Responsibilities
- Provide remote and in-person technical support for employees experiencing hardware, software, system, and mobile-device issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve support requests, escalating more complex issues as appropriate
- Assist with deployment, replacement, and configuration of laptops, workstations, smartphones, tablets, and related equipment
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and user administration

Position Description:
The VDC Manager leads and supports project teams through the strategic application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction tools to enhance coordination, planning, and execution. This role oversees BIM coordination efforts, manages model progression across multiple projects, and ensures alignment with project milestones and VDC best practices. The VDC Manager also plays a key role in developing team capabilities, advancing VDC processes, and driving innovation across projects and the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination efforts with PARIC project teams and MEPF subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with project goals
- Facilitate BIM kick-off meetings and ensure adherence to BIM Project Execution Plans (BPEPs)
- Oversee model progression and verify Level of Development (LOD) requirements are met at key project milestones
- Review project timelines and coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to maintain or adjust deliverables as needed
- Provide ad-hoc modeling support for coordination and preconstruction efforts
- Manage VDC survey and layout workflows, including development of layout points for robotic field teams
- Lead development and coordination of model-based logistics plans, sequencing studies, and simulations

Position: Vice President of Safety
Position Description:
The Vice President of Safety is the senior leader responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving PARIC’s enterprise-wide safety strategy. This role sets the vision for safety performance, leads the safety organization, embeds proactive risk management into all operations, and ensures regulatory compliance. The VP partners closely with Operations, HR, Risk, and Executive Leadership to drive a culture of prevention, accountability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Safety Leadership and Culture
- Establish and execute the company’s safety vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Set and maintain corporate safety policies, standards, and procedures across all business units.
- Champion a values-based, prevention-focused safety culture that engages leaders and employees at all levels.
- Serve as the primary advisor to Operations leadership on safety risks, trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Define leading and lagging safety performance targets (e.g., EMR, TRIR, DART) and ensure organizational accountability.

Education and Experience:
