PARIC completed construction on the Walker Natatorium at Kirkwood High School in St. Louis County. This 25,000 sq. ft. facility was constructed using structural CMU, structural steel, and brick veneer. The building contains an eight-lane, 459,000-gallon, 115-foot competitive swimming pool featuring two one-meter diving boards. The concrete stands hold 400 spectators.

BEAUX ARTS BUILDING AND PYTHIAN HALL BUILDING
The long-vacant Beaux Arts complex has been transformed into the first charter visual and performing arts school in the state.
The $12 million conversion at 711 N. Grand for Confluence Academy’s new Grand Center Arts Academy features a two-story structure facing Grand Avenue, with a seven-story building to the west, Pythians Hall, connected by elevators and staircases. Parking decks on the lower levels of the larger structure have been converted into classroom space. Combined, the two buildings total 22,000 square feet.
BJC EAST STAFF PARKING GARAGE
This massive garage project on the Washington University Medical Center East Garage is located in the city of St. Louis, MO. It is an eight-story parking facility with 3,025 vehicle spaces. The garage is located on Duncan Avenue between the Duncan/Taylor Garage and the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Employee Garage in the Central West End. The garage is made up of 2,000 pieces of precast concrete that were dropped in place. This structure serves all of the WUMC institutions, most notably including Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Children’s Hospital, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and the Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center among others.
EAGLE ENDEAVOUR SCHOOL EXPANSION
PARIC completed the renovation of this three-story, 11,400 sq. ft. charter school in August 2015. Renovation of the original St. John’s Lutheran School Building involved adding air conditioning, converting an old bowling alley into a library, adding a computer lab, and additional classrooms. Additional renovation work was completed in the cafeteria, gymnasium, and existing classrooms.
