About The Role 

PARIC Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support construction operations. This role plays a key part in aligning resources, coordinating schedules, and supporting project teams from startup through closeout.  

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth operations from project startup through closeout.  
  • Prepare and issue bid packages, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders using CMiC and AdobeSign.  
  • Collect and manage subcontractor documentation including W-9s and Certificates of Insurance (COIs); maintain compliance through regular reporting in CMiC and communication with AON.  
  • Track and ensure timely execution of subcontractor and owner change orders in alignment with company procedures.  
  • Support bid day activities and occasional field coordination (e.g., submitting permits, delivering documents).  
  • Coordinate prequalification status with subcontractors and internal teams.  
  • Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems in BIM360.  
  • Assist in preparing documentation for monthly project reviews and MBE/WBE utilization reporting.  
  • Lead project-specific closeout efforts and follow up to ensure timely completion.  
  • Mentor and train Assistant Project Coordinators as needed.

Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  
  • 3+ years of experience in a construction-related administrative, coordination, or project support role.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).  
  • Working knowledge of construction terminology, documentation, and processes preferred.  
  • Experience using CMiC, BIM360, and AdobeSign preferred.

Position Description:

The VDC Manager leads and supports project teams through the strategic application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction tools to enhance coordination, planning, and execution. This role oversees BIM coordination efforts, manages model progression across multiple projects, and ensures alignment with project milestones and VDC best practices. The VDC Manager also plays a key role in developing team capabilities, advancing VDC processes, and driving innovation across projects and the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination efforts with PARIC project teams and MEPF subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with project goals
• Facilitate BIM kick-off meetings and ensure adherence to BIM Project Execution Plans (BPEPs)
• Oversee model progression and verify Level of Development (LOD) requirements are met at key project milestones
• Review project timelines and coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to maintain or adjust deliverables as needed
• Provide ad-hoc modeling support for coordination and preconstruction efforts
• Manage VDC survey and layout workflows, including development of layout points for robotic field teams
• Lead development and coordination of model-based logistics plans, sequencing studies, and simulations

Qualifications

Position Description:

The VDC Engineer supports project teams by utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other digital construction tools to enhance project coordination, planning, and execution. This role facilitates BIM coordination with subcontractors, manages model progression to meet required project milestones, and assists with model development to support preconstruction, estimating, and field layout activities. The VDC Engineer also helps maintain BIM platforms, supports model-based logistics and sequencing studies, and promotes effective VDC processes across project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate BIM coordination sessions with PARIC project team for MEPF subcontractors
  • Facilitate model progression and verify LOD requirements are being met at key milestones
  • Provide ad-hoc modeling as needed to support coordination and/or preconstruction processes
  • Develop layout points from models/plans for robotic layout teams
  • Assist with training both PARIC staff and subcontractor team members on various software, hardware and general VDC processes

Position Description:

The Accounting Assistant supports the organization’s financial operations through accurate recordkeeping, process administration, and compliance-related activities. This role is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, administering the expense reporting process, and coordinating business license renewals. Responsibilities

Expense Reporting Administration 

  • Oversee the employee expense reporting workflow, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Summary

The Assistant Project Safety Manager supports the development, implementation, and execution of PARIC’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs on active construction projects. This role works closely with Project Safety Managers, project leadership, trade partners, and owners to ensure safety programs are effectively implemented, aligned with client requirements, and driven to closure with urgency.

This position is ideal for an experienced construction safety professional ready to take on greater responsibility, ownership, and leadership on complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of project-specific HSE management systems to meet project needs
  • Assist in driving safety issues to resolution with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Develop and maintain “bridging” safety documentation aligning PARIC safety policies with Owner safety programs and contract requirements
  • Support the Project Team in reviewing and accepting trade partner Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs), lift plans, and other safety-related plans

  • Maintain oversight and administration of AIA software and all PARIC-modified AIA templates from a PARIC lawyer.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the President, executive team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Oversee and manage the companywide event budget ($200,000-$300,000), planning and executing key events.
  • Facilitate and oversee charitable donation requests, ensuring alignment with company philanthropic goals.
  • Manage PARIC’s Heart @ Work Program and related initiatives.
  • Supervise the Administrative Assistant, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Oversee office maintenance, workplace planning, and space assignments for optimal efficiency.
  • Continuously update and improve policies and procedures to enhance workflow and organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Technical competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and various other hardware/software platforms such as iPhone, iPad, Microsoft Surface, social media – Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting multiple accounting activities including the financial management and analysis of construction projects, job cost reporting, preparation of monthly customer pay applications, and month end closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly customer pay applications, including all supporting backup and waivers required to ensure timely payments
  • Establish construction budgets and review contracts for financial deal points in order to safeguard assets and maximize potential profitability
  • Provide analysis and guidance to project teams, highlighting potential project risks and opportunities, to guide decision making across the organization; attend monthly job reviews
  • Prepare all month end journal entries relating to assigned construction projects
  • Work closely with project teams, providing financial support requested and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the project accounting team, working to reduce/eliminate non-value added activities
  • Leverage expertise to determine best approach to organize and extract data from the current ERP system (CMiC) to create value-add reports and analysis for project teams
  • As needed, review, process and pay subcontractor invoices for assigned construction projects
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of accounting experience
  • Proven experience learning and utilizing multiple ERP systems with an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred

  • Strong leadership qualities along with the ability to effectively work across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge
  • Ability to apply background and experiences to new situations to implement change
  • A ‘hands on’ individual who is able to prioritize, work to tight deadlines, display a sense of urgency, as well as be detail orientated
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to relate to all levels of an organization
  • Data driven; leverages reporting, analytics, and insights to generate meaningful financial strategies and solutions for project teams
