Job Summary
The Quality Director is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Paric’s quality management system, monitoring and implementing all aspects of quality control and inspection associated with its general construction projects. The Quality Director will also be responsible for tracking/monitoring data to determine needs for focused training and continuous quality improvement across all business sectors. This position will take the lead on growing PARIC’s Quality Management Team, developing the support systems and setting the programs and expectations for successful project team execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of PARIC’s Quality Management Program across all projects and sectors.
- Lead constructability reviews for Preconstruction for early identification and mitigation of quality issues and warranty management
- Conduct regular quality assurance check-ins on projects to monitor progress and compliance. Issue and follow up on observation reports, address challenges and provide ongoing support.
- Champion a culture of Quality, continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Direct the development and enhancement of PARIC’s quality standards, policies and procedures,
- Oversee the PARIC Quality Management Program over all phases of Construction including Preconstruction, Construction and Closeout.
- Partner with Leadership and Project teams with the development and approval of Site-Specific Quality Plans (SSQPs).
- Maintain a strong understanding of project performance in relation to PARIC Quality Management objectives and identify areas of concern and/or improvement.
- Serve as a sponsor for all Pre-Installation meetings of all critical construction activities.
- Support Building Enclosure Coordination meetings and provide support the Project teams.
- Perform Preconstruction plan reviews.
- Assist the Project teams with internal performance testing.
- Provide support to the Project teams with resolution of any warranty issues.
- Lead investigations into quality issues, latent defects, etc. and coordinate with Risk Management.
- Lead internal communications related to quality activities and initiatives.
- Define training strategy and identify both short and long-term training needs, and in providing training directly to PARIC personnel.
- Evaluate and implement new technology, systems, etc.to support PARIC Quality Management initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of combined experience in Quality Management, Superintendent, Project Management, Project Engineering or similar roles.
- Technical competence in Building Enclosure, Concrete, Finishes, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), BIM 360, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications (ex. CQM-C, CQA, CQE, LEED Accreditation or related certification).
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage conflict and drive resolution.
- Deep knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and best practices.
- Experience implementing or managing digital quality management systems.
- Familiarity with Lean Construction principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and reach with hands and arms.
- Required to use tools, equipment, materials, and testing devices safely and effectively, including the ability to climb up and down ladders as needed.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
This role requires the ability to navigate active construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, uneven terrain, loud noise, and other typical jobsite hazards. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required. Periodic travel to project sites is expected.
This is a full-time role. While the standard schedule is weekdays, flexibility is required as project demands may at times extend into evenings or weekends.
Travel is expected on average 3 – 5 times per month for this position.

Senior Superintendent – Living Sector
PARIC is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for our Living Sector projects, including historical renovations, multifamily residential developments, and senior living communities. This role oversees daily site activities, drives excellence in safety, quality, and schedule, and mentors the next generation of field leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations, including supervision of field labor and trade partners.
- Enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site safety practices.
- Oversee QA/QC activities: inspections, checklists, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Direct daily coordination of work, site logistics, and material/equipment deliveries.
- Develop and mentor Field Managers, General Foremen, and Superintendents.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and dependable Operations Support Center (OSC) Operations Coordinator to support our construction field and project teams through effective tool, equipment, and fleet coordination. This position plays a vital role in managing vendor accounts, maintaining company service and branding standards, and assisting field and project teams with the procurement, billing, and pickup of tools and equipment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tool, equipment, and fleet requests between field teams, vendors, and internal departments, as needed.
- Manage vendor accounts, ensuring adherence to established service levels, pricing agreements, and branding standards.
- Facilitate the procurement, billing, and logistics of equipment rentals, repairs, and returns.
- Support vendor relationship management, including rate negotiations, contract terms, and performance evaluations.

Position: Preconstruction Manager
Position Description:
This position is responsible for leading estimating and design teams through the preconstruction process, assisting the Project Executives in their role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team through the preconstruction and design process. Communicate strategy, expectations.
- Prepare conceptual estimates, including detailed clarifications, schedules, etc.
- Participates in strategy discussions to move project forward.
- Prepare and update preconstruction schedule, as well as preliminary high level construction schedule. Provide strategy for logistics, procurement, etc.
- Actively participate in sales presentations and Owner meetings as required.
- Lead buyout and subcontractor interviews as necessary in conjunction with the project teams
- Participate in contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with project budgets and provide analysis of deviations. Drive creative solutions for budget challenges.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Subcontractors, Owners, Architects and Engineers.
Skills and Experience
- 8 or more years of construction experience.
- On-site project experience is preferred.
- Experience managing a team through the preconstruction and estimating process preferred.

Position Summary
The Vice President, Business Development is responsible for designing and executing a company-wide growth strategy that secures profitable backlog, strengthens market positioning, and drives long-term client relationships across all sectors. This role serves as the strategic owner of the “get work” function, directly influencing where, how, and with whom the company pursues future opportunities.
The Vice President, Business Development will lead all business development, marketing, and pursuit strategy efforts, coordinating with Sector Leaders, Preconstruction, Estimating, and Project Delivery teams to create a high-performing, unified approach to growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Planning
- Own the company-wide revenue strategy and partner with the President and CFO to align growth goals with business forecasts and capabilities.

Position Description:
The Project Superintendent provides direct field leadership to ensure all construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, and to PARIC’s high standards for quality. This role oversees trade partners, coordinates jobsite logistics, and maintains strict adherence to project plans and specifications. The Project Superintendent plays a vital part in building short-term schedules, managing daily operations, and developing field teams while resolving conflicts and proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field oversight for multiple trade partners or major project phases, ensuring coordination across trades and adherence to scope, quality, and schedule.
- Supervise field labor and hold trade partners accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and cost-impacting inefficiencies.
- Build and update 2–4 week look-ahead schedules, sequencing work and coordinating subcontractors to meet milestones.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to maintain progress on schedule.
- Develop site logistics plans, job flow, and sequencing strategies; identify constructability issues and provide solutions.
- Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with cost forecasts, fee/margin goals, and value-engineering opportunities.
- Prepare and manage field documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, NCRs, change orders, and delay claims.
- Proactively review plans and shop drawings to identify and resolve potential quality issues; coordinate inspections and track corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with client representatives, proactively addressing concerns before they escalate.
- Facilitate jobsite meetings, lead toolbox talks, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Mentor and develop foremen, crews, and other field staff to strengthen team performance.

Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- 5–10 years of progressive field construction experience with direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Completion of an Apprenticeship Program, Construction Management degree, or equivalent field experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, building codes, and safety practices (OSHA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams), construction management software, and scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6 at a basic level).
- Ability to read and interpret structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection plans.

This role manages day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to PARIC’s quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Engineer coordinates with field teams, subcontractors, and owners, oversees project documentation and financials, and drives proactive solutions to challenges in the field. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to take ownership of key project components while preparing for advancement into full Project Manager responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, pay applications, and cost reporting.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with Superintendents and subcontractors; communicate updates to all stakeholders
- Track project budgets, forecast costs, and address financial issues promptly to maintain profitability.
- Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination, from buyout through project closeout, including dispute resolution when necessary.
- Monitor project risks and implement solutions to overcome constructability challenges and delays.
- Ensure compliance with PARIC and OSHA safety standards, driving a culture of zero incidents on all projects.
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing project team culture.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of construction project or field engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and job cost systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing change orders, subcontractor buyouts, and owner contracts.
- Proficiency with advanced project management software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of project deliverables and lead teams effectively.
