Position Overview:
As an Estimating Director, you will lead the Estimating department, overseeing all estimating staff and efforts across complex projects and scopes. You will be responsible for building and mentoring high-performing teams, ensuring quality and accuracy in all pricing deliverables, and supporting strategic preconstruction initiatives. This leadership role combines technical expertise with strategic planning and cross-functional coordination. You will provide oversight on all efforts, maintain estimating standards and databases, and help guide staffing and resource planning at the departmental level.
Responsibilities

As a Project Estimator II, you will play a key role in leading and supporting estimating efforts across a variety of project types. Position Summary:
As the Preconstruction Executive, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of our Institutional Sector and driving strategic growth. You will oversee all preconstruction services including estimating, planning, design collaboration, and client engagement, while also taking ownership of identifying and generating new business opportunities. This role combines operational leadership with client-facing business development responsibilities and is ideal for a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial construction professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Department Development
- Lead, structure, and grow the preconstruction services within the Sector to support the company's strategic goals and visions.
- Implement best practices, tools, and workflows to improve team efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
Business Development & Opportunity Generation
- Actively identify, pursue, and help secure new business opportunities through industry networking, market analysis, and strategic client engagement.

Position: Scheduling Manager
Position Description:
The Scheduling Manager will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules with an average project value of $250M per year while supporting bid and proposal efforts. In addition, the Scheduling Manager will analyze trends and risks, reporting variances and opportunities to operations and management.
The Scheduling Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting construction schedules within the company, as well as reviewing schedules prepared by external contractors. The Scheduling Manager must be familiar with construction logistics, techniques, materials, equipment, crew sizing, and sequencing, and must possess strong communication and leadership skills. Expertise with Primavera P6 is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Lead planning meetings and scheduling workshops with project teams.
- Work with Project Managers to create, document, and gain approval for Baseline Schedules.
- Collect and input project updates; analyze changes to critical paths and recommend improvements.
- Forecast future performance based on current data and production rates.

Summary/Objective
The position of Assistant Project Safety Manager receives day to day direction from the Project Safety Manager, and indirectly the Project Manager. This is a mid-level, project-based role that requires a high level of commitment and dedication to the health and well-being of others. The ideal candidate will have education, training, and experience with injury management, program development, personnel management, leadership development, site management, supervisor engagement, client interaction, conflict resolution, injury care, and other HSE experience that may not be listed here. The Assistant Project Safety Manager is responsible for supporting the overall administration of Paric’s safety guidelines for a specific job site/sites. This individual is to be a safety leader on the project.
Essential Functions
- Support development and implementation of HSE management systems that support the project needs. These will include site-specific plans and programs pursuant to Paric’s Safety Management Plan
- Review existing policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvement;
- Assist in the development of new HSE policies and procedures to meet project and overall Paric needs;
- Lead or participate in investigation of incidents and prepare incident report(s);
- Provide direction and support for contractors and subcontractors as necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable legislative, client, and Paric policies and procedures;
- Facilitate and/or conduct HSE training for the project as needed, and assure training is tracked internally as required
- Provide first aid care as necessary to the limits of training and ability;
- Provide injury management from a site level and support workers’ comp case management, specifically timely and accurate reporting with internal and external support including, but not limited to, claims processing, return to work, light duty assignment, closure of claims, and resolving discrepancies as needed;
- Compile and share safety lessons learned across Paric;
- Conduct/coordinate Project Safety "Tool Box" Meetings with all project employees on a weekly basis; and
- Conduct 'new hire' safety orientations onsite
Required Education and Experience
- Prefer a minimum of five years of construction HSE experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role
- Capable of providing HSE management for small to midsize projects (≤250 employees);
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- CPR /First Aid/AED trained.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or closely related field.
- Ability to use the BIM Field safety management system
- Additional leadership or HSE based continuing education

Work Environment
This job operates on active construction sites as well as professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Active construction site conditions may require a person working in extreme temperature conditions.

Reporting to the Director of Project Accounting, this position is responsible for supporting multiple accounting activities including the financial management and analysis of construction projects, job cost reporting, preparation of monthly customer pay applications, and month end closing responsibilities.

Position Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for the overall success of the project, including cost, schedule and execution, people/team development, relationship building, safety and quality. Specifically, this position is accountable for on-site coordination for all project phases, including subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are followed, and that work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
