MARITZ MMS RENOVATIONS

PARIC completed a 95,000 sq. ft., three-floor office renovation for the Maritz headquarters in Fenton, Missouri. The project consisted of updating Maritz’s office floor plan by eliminating most of the interior partitions and making space for modern office workstations. DIRTT partitions were installed for new conference rooms and reclaimed wood was used to separate the new break areas from the working areas by constructing slat walls. Reclaimed wood was also used to construct custom fabricated collaboration tables with integral power and data.

UNION PACIFIC – SELMA FARM

PARIC transformed the original limestone structures built on Selma Farms in 1850 into a corporate retreat center for Union Pacific Railroad. The newly renovated center includes conference centers, dining rooms, guest rooms, and a pool house.

SCHLICHTER BOGARD & DENTON

PARIC completed the renovation of Schlichter Bogard and Denton’s 21,000 sq. ft. downtown office. This project included the renovation of interior storefronts for 27 private offices, reception area, bathrooms, and five conference rooms. Features of the office include a custom Sapele wood veneer reception desk with matching wood panel walls and ceiling, and an open cafe’ room overlooking Busch Stadium with a custom Sapele Wood veneer ceiling.

SOUTHERN PIONEER ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE

This project consisted of a new office, vehicle storage and warehouse facility for Southern Pioneer Electric Company in Medicine Lodge, KS. Southern Pioneer Electric Company serves approximately 17,200 consumers and operates in nine counties and 34 communities. 

The new facility consists of 20,000 square feet of pre-engineered metal building structure with brick and metal panel façade, geothermal HVAC systems, and site development of 9 acres.

FEDERATED RURAL ELECTRIC INSURANCE EXCHANGE

This project included new construction of a two-story, 35,000 sq. ft. headquarters office building and associated site work. The design supports an open office floor plan concept on the upper floor and a lower level that houses critical equipment, multipurpose, and other common area functions. The building will include energy efficient designs including a VRF heating and cooling system, LED lights, and natural daylighting concepts. The office consists of a structural steel frame, standing seam metal roof, and masonry façade.

CENTRAL RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE

The new two-story office at the Central Rural Electric Cooperative consists of 44,000 sq. ft. of administration office space and features a state-of-the-art Strategic Operations Center. The data center component was designed to a Tier 2 status. The project was designed with RF shielding in the mission critical space, to protect the area from electronic tampering. This facility contains a hardened infrastructure, redundant cooling and power, full generator and UPS backup, and access control with a complete security system. This project received LEED Gold Certification.

ROLLING HILLS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE

Rolling Hills Electric Cooperative, Inc. recently consolidated three facilities into one headquarters building in Beloit, KS. Rolling Hills Electric Cooperative, Inc. serves 10,838 meters with 50 employees and 10 directors. The consolidation brought the employees to one location from the existing offices of Ellsworth, Belleville, and Mankato. Combining locations helped RHEC to improve efficiencies within their operations. 

The new headquarters facility consists of 34,000 sq. ft. of office, vehicle storage, and a warehouse. Structural steel framing and a brick façade supports the office, while the warehouse and vehicle storage buildings are pre-engineered metal structures. The property has extensive security fencing and access control protecting the assets of the cooperative.

UNITED PROVISIONS

This 15,000 sq. ft. structural steel building was constructed as part of Washington University’s new student housing lofts in the historic Delmar Loop district of St. Louis, MO. United Provisions serves as a grocer and made-to-order dining spot for the Washington University student body as well as the local community. The store focuses on providing basic necessities, as well as an array of gourmet and specialty items to cater to the diverse needs and interests of its clientele.

DIXIE POWER ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE

A new 11,500 sq. ft. Customer Service Building on the existing campus was constructed by Cooperative Building Solutions. This project required the existing building to be demolished and called for a temporary relocation of administrative personnel to an adjacent building. Daily coordination with the Cooperative’s operations, member access, and safety was a priority during construction. The new office building was designed to meet the surroundings of St. George, Utah and the local jurisdictions regulations. High-efficiency design concepts have been utilized throughout all aspects of the project. 

The project also consisted of a new 18,000 sq. ft. engineering and operations office building at a different location across town. The building contains a brick and EIFS façade, TPO roof, and a structural steel frame. This facility also contains energy efficient design concepts.

NINNESCAH ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE

This completed facility includes 28,900 sq. ft. of office, vehicle storage, and warehouse space on 10 acres. The building includes energy efficient designs including geothermal heating and cooling systems, LED lights, radiant floor heating system, and more. The office consists of a structural steel frame and brick façade, while the warehouse portion is supported by pre-engineered metal building design.
