CUBE SMART SELF STORAGE

PARIC completed this new 93,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled storage facility in St. Peters, Missouri. This tilt-up facility houses all types of storage units including lockers for small items, units for furniture, and garage-style units for boats and trucks.

THE PWC PENNANT BUILDING OFFICE AND GARAGE

This part of Ballpark Village Phase 2 includes an 11-story highrise with Class A office space, the first new Class A office building to be constructed in downtown St. Louis in almost 30 years. Located at the corner of Clark and 8th Street and across from Busch Stadium, the 117,000 sq. ft. building also includes a below-ground parking garage, street-level retail, restaurants, and additional entertainment space.

HARBOUR GROUP

This project included a high-end interior office fit-out of the 23rd floor of the Pierre Laclede Building in Clayton, Missouri. Finishes to the office included stone accent walls, full glass and wood-trimmed office fronts with matching doors, a residential style chef’s kitchen, wide plank wood flooring, and a glass feature wall.

BOX STORAGE FACILITY

This project included the new construction of a 93,400 sq. ft. climate controlled Box Storage facility in Overland Park, Kansas. This tilt-up facility houses all types of storage units including lockers for small items, units for furniture, and garage-style units for vehicles and small water vessels.

ONELIFE FITNESS

This project for OneLife Fitness included a two-story, 30,000 sq. ft. interior build out inside of Ballpark Village’s Phase 2 retail development. This upscale fitness center and health club features a cardio center, a free weight area, strength training area, group fitness, yoga and cycle studios, stretching areas, a turf training area, locker rooms, staff offices, and saunas.

CORPORATE HILL PARKING GARAGE

Construction of a new two-tier precast parking deck is complete on the Corporate Hill campus office park. After demolition and a new drilled concrete pier foundation,  602 parking spots on three levels were added as well as an elevator and two stairwells. In addition to the parking structure, the storm sewer was relocated and Corporate Hill Drive was reconstructed.

SAFETY NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS

PARIC recently completed a new three-story 150,000 sq. ft. addition to Safety National’s corporate headquarters. The expansion connects the new building to the current headquarters building and provides more space for future growth. In addition to office space, the expansion also includes an auditorium, catering area, and learning center with the capacity to hold over 300 employees. A third parking lot was added to the campus to accommodate additional employees.

WEBSTER UNIVERSITY EMERSON LIBRARY

Webster University’s Emerson Library serves as the hub of the University’s worldwide campus. The 71,500 sq. ft. five-story library has access to 14,000 e-books and 15,000 text journals.  A state-of-the-art lecture/conference hall seats up to 100 people for seminars, readings and receptions.  The building also includes a video production and authoring space for faculty, an outdoor terrace, and a 24-hour cyber cafe.

CHURCHILL CENTER & SCHOOL

PARIC provided construction management services for the new 46,000 sq. ft. facility, which sits on 11 acres in Town and Country, MO. The building consists of seven offices, 14 classrooms outfitted with SmartBoards and projectors, 19 tutorial rooms that include observation windows and listening devices, a playground, and a gymnasium that includes a climbing wall.

ST. LOUIS PRIORY

This project included the expansion and renovation of two existing buildings on the St. Louis Priory campus. The existing 14,500 sq. ft. Junior School building was expanded with an additional 8,165 sq. ft. of new academic and common spaces including a new laboratory facility, art studio and photography dark room. The existing building has been renovated into a state-of-the-art teaching facility with high-tech smart-boards in each classroom, a new elevator, and new finishes.

The Athletic Complex was also renovated with a 7,800 sq. ft. addition that offers a new fitness center and weight room; as well as, an improved lobby and pick-up/drop-off area.  Renovations to the existing facility included upgraded locker area finishes, new sports flooring, new parking finishes, and new roofing.
